On Thursday, July 20, there will be a 12-hour planned power outage to reconductor and upgrade facilities for enhanced circuit reliability. The outage will affect customers in the vicinity of Howard Avenue, Mainsville Road, S. Fayette Street, Scrafford Street, and Wyrick Avenue in Shippensburg. Customers in the region will experience a service interruption from approximately 8 am to 8 pm, for 12 hours. In the event of an unforeseen emergency or inclement weather, the planned outage would then occur on Monday, July 24, during the same timeframe.
