To start a new project, follow the steps below:

  1.  Fill out the Shippensburg Land Use Application
  2. Submit your application to Shippensburg Township with one set of plans and appropriate fee made payable to Shippensburg Township
  3. Fill out the MDIA packet
  4. Once you receive the Shippensburg Township Land Use Permit Placard and a copy of the application, you will need to submit the application along with two sets of plans and the MDIA packet to West Pennsboro.
  5. Get all necessary inspections for the project through MDIA and receive a Use and Occupancy Permit when final inspection is completed to close out the project.
